How do I skip deliveries on the app?

Need to skip a week on the go? You can do this on the HelloFresh app. Just follow these steps:

  1. Open the App and log into your account in 'My Profile'
  2. Go to 'My Menu' on the bottom of the screen then click at the calendar in the corner
  3. Dates in green are scheduled or past deliveries, dates in red are skipped deliveries.
  4. Don’t forget: the cut-off for any meal changes is Wednesday at 11:59pm the week before your next delivery.

You can also skip individual deliveries from the meal selection view. Just click the 'Skip Week' button found directly under the recipes.
