How do I change my delivery day on the app?

We know life can change in an instant and the HelloFresh app makes changing your delivery day a breeze.

  1. Login to your HelloFresh account.
  2. Select the Settings cog on the bottom right of the screen.
  3. Click onto 'Edit' next to 'Plan Settings' and pick the plan you want to adjust.
  4. If you have multiple plans, you'll need to adjust them individually.
  5. Select 'Plan Type' and you can change your plan. If you need to adjust the size, you can do so under 'Plan Size'.
  6. You can then make the changes you need.
  7. Don't forget to press 'Save'!

Just make sure any changes are made on your account before 11:59pm PST Wednesday the week before your next delivery.
